So excited to find these. 100% of all you need from safe sources. Only disappointed because I was missing 3 vitamins, only 27 in the container. Will still continue to buy though.

These are good quality multivitamins with a nice variety of nutrients. The capsules are large but go down fine with a glass of water. I really like that they are made from real food and not chemicals.
